- You can return the product,within 14 days from the delivery date.The packaging of the product to be returned must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.
- In food supplements and sports nutrition, opened or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you notice damage in your package, open it in the presence of the courier and check.
- If the product is damaged, do not accept the package without having a report made.
- When you inform us of the situation, we will provide the fastest solution for reshipment or refund.

After the product reaches our warehouse and is checked, your payment
- will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.In credit card refunds, the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.For payments made via wire transfer/EFT, the refund is made to the same bank account.
