Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure a risk-free shopping experience, we offer the right to return and exchange items under certain conditions.
Statute of Limitations and General Terms and Conditions
- The product, within 14 days of the delivery date You can return it.
- The packaging of the product to be returned must be unopened, the product must be unused, and it must be in resalable condition.
- For dietary supplements and sports nutrition products, opened or spoiled items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How Do I Submit a Return Request?
- 1. Please send an email to [email protected], specifying your order number and the product you wish to return.
- 2. Our team will let you know which address the product will be shipped to and which shipping carrier will be used.
- 3. The product, along with its invoice in its original packaging Pack it and drop it off at the shipping counter.
Damaged / Defective Products
- If you notice any damage to your package, open it and inspect it in the presence of the delivery person.
- If the product is damaged, do not accept the package; have an incident report drawn up.
- When you notify us of the issue, we’ll provide the quickest solution for a reshipment or refund.
Refund Process
- Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, your payment within 7 business days at the latest will be refunded.
- For credit card refunds, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
- Refunds for payments made via bank transfer/EFT are issued to the same bank account.
