Shipping Fee and Scope
- For all orders of 1,500 ₺ and aboveshipping is free.
- For orders below 1,500 ₺, the shipping fee is displayed clearly and transparently on the cart page.
- Our shipments are onlymade within the borders of Turkey. For international orders, please contact us.
Order Preparation
- Orders with approved payment are processed on weekdays and Saturdays.
- Products in stock are usuallyshipped on the same dayor at the latestwithin 1 business day.
- During official holidays and campaign periods, the preparation time may vary slightly depending on the volume.
Delivery Time
- The delivery time of the shipping company varies depending on the city you are in, but is generally2–3 business days.
- After the package is shipped, you can track your shipmentonlinewith the tracking number provided to you.
Things to Consider During Delivery
- When receiving the package, if possiblecheck while the courier is present.
- If you notice any damage such as crushing, tearing, opening, or wetness on the packaging, do not accept the package by having the courierprepare a report.
- If you do not accept damaged products, we will quickly initiate a new shipment or resolution process when you inform us.
Undeliverable Shipments
- In cases such as being unable to find at the address or no one to receive the package, your package may be held at the shipping branch or returned to us.
- In such cases, you can check the status of your shipment with your tracking number or contact our support team.
