    Delivery Process

    Your orders are sent without shipping fee for purchases of 500 ₺ and above. Shipments include domestic shipping.     Return & Exchange

    1. You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition as you received it within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product.
    2. Before returning the product you purchased within the specified periods, siparis@ingobio.com containing your product invoice number and order number.
    3. Once you receive the email it will let you know where and how to return the product. After we provide you with this information, you can put the product you want to return in its original packaging and send it by our contracted cargo or deliver it by hand to the specified address.
    4. If you deliver by cargo, you must inform us which cargo company you delivered it via. Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from.
    5. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please note that once the product is received, it is assumed that you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
    6.
