Your purchases from our website are sent to your address by cargo on every day when cargo works, including Saturdays. Return and Exchange

- If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please note that once the product is received, it is assumed that you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
- The return of the product will not be accepted in cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.
